TURKEY CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked diced turkey
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted and cut in squares
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine turkey, broccoli and soups together in large bowl. In a deep 2-quart casserole, place a layer of turkey mixture, then a layer of bread squares. Add remaining turkey mixture, then remaining bread squares. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or in a microwave for 15 to 20 minutes on high. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
