1 box spice cake mix 3/4 c. oil 4 eggs 3/4 c. water 1 c. mincemeat 1 c. walnuts 1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. nutmeg Beat all but mincemeat and walnuts for 4 minutes. Fold in mincemeat and nuts by hand. Pour in greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. GLAZE: 1/2 c. brown sugar 4 tbsp. milk 3 tbsp. butter Boil ingredients 2 minutes. Let cool. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla and sifted powdered sugar until glaze consistency. Pour over cooled cake. Stays moist for days. |
