HAWAIIAN BANANA BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda

Cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add mashed bananas and eggs. Beat well. Sift together flour, salt and soda three times. Add to banana mixture and mix lightly but well. Do not overmix.

Bake in two greased 8 x 4 inch loaf pans and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Test with a toothpick in center.
