BLINTZE SOUFFLE 
12 frozen blintzes (cheese or fruit)
5 eggs
6 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Put frozen blintzes in pan. Beat all remaining ingredients just until blended and pour over the blintzes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
