BLINTZE SOUFFLE | |
12 frozen blintzes 1/4 lb. butter 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. orange juice 1/4 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Beat eggs, add sour cream, orange juice, sugar, vanilla. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour. Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Put blintzes in pan. Pour mixture over blintzes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Watch so not to burn. |
