2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 c. coconut
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter

Combine milk, sugar and biscuit mix, eggs butter and vanilla in blender. Blend on low for 3 minutes. Pour in coconut. Mix well. Grease a 9 inch pie pan. Let stand 5 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
