BLACK WALNUT PIE 
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
3 tbsp. butter
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. black walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. flour
Unbaked pie shell

Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan. Heat just to boiling. Remove from heat and add butter, stir until it melts. Gradually stir hot mixture into eggs and stir in black walnuts.

Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon flour. Sprinkle evenly over bottom of pastry-lined pan. Turn walnut mixture into pastry-lined pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
