BLACK WALNUT CREAM PIE 
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks (beaten)
2 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. black walnuts (chopped)
1 baked pie crust
Meringue

Sift flour, sugar and salt together. Add milk and beaten egg yolks. Cook over low heat until thick then add vanilla and butter. Cool, then add nutmeats and pour into baked pie crust. Spread with meringue. Brown in oven.
