BLACK WALNUT CREAM PIE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) square unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 baked pie shell
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. black walnuts

Beat butter with electric mixer until creamy; add sugar and beat until fluffy. Beat in chocolate and vanilla; add one egg. Beat 3 minutes. Repeat with second egg. Spread sour cream on top and sprinkle with walnuts. Can use sweetened whipped cream instead of sour cream.
