SOUR CREAM WALNUT PIE 
Pastry for 1 crust pie

1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. granulated sugar 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. light corn syrup 1 tsp. vanilla 2/3 c. chopped black walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 8 inch pie plate with pastry. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in all remaining ingredients except nuts and vanilla. Cook over low heat, stirring, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into pastry lined pie plate. Bake for 55 minutes in preheated oven.
