SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 frozen, unbaked and reduced fat pie crust
4 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
8 oz. fat-free sour cream
3 egg substitutes (about 4 oz.) or 3 egg whites
1/4 c. applesauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. lemon zest
1/2 c. flour

Preheat oven to 400°F. Prick pie crust several times with a fork. Arrange apples in pie crust. In bowl, combine next 9 ingredients. Spread mixture over apples. In bowl, combine all topping ingredients. Pour over the top of pie.

Bake 1 hour.

Sour Cream Apple Pie Topping:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. wheat germ
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Mix together ingredients and pour over pie.

Bake at 400°F for 1 hour.
