FRUIT CAKE 
12 oz. candied pineapple
10 oz. red candied cherries
10 oz. green candied cherries
3 3/4 c. raisins
2 1/4 c. nuts
1/2 c. grape juice

Put all fruit, nuts, and raisins in a large bowl. Pour grape juice over it and mix well. Let stand 1 hour. 5 eggs, beaten well 2 c. all purpose flour 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 lb. butter 1 tsp. almond extract 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. baking soda

Pour into well greased tube pan. Press lightly. Bake at 275 degrees until firm and brown, about 3 hours and 20 minutes. Let stand 1/2 hour before removing from pan.
