APPLE TARTS 
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. cold water

Blend well and refrigerate 2 hours.

FILLING:

Dried or fresh apples, cooked
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 or less tsp. mace
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Combine.
