BEEF BURGUNDY 
1 1/2 lb. stew meat
1 can Golden Mushroom soup
3/4 soup burgundy wine
Freeze dried chives
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
Garlic salt to taste

Cut meat in bite size pieces. Mix soup with wine and pour over meat with other ingredients.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Add mushrooms, and continue baking 30 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles.
