CAROL'S BBQ RIBS 
3-4 lb. spareribs, rack cut into single ribs
1 sliced lemon (thin)
1 lg. onion (sliced)
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. or less chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 c. water

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place ribs in shallow pan, meaty side up. Place lemon and onion slices over ribs. Roast in oven for 1 hour.

Combine rest of ingredients. Drain grease from ribs and pour sauce over ribs. Return to oven at 350 degrees. Continue to bake for about 1 hour more. Serve with rice. If sauce gets too thick, add more water.
