STRAWBERRY PRETZEL DESSERT 
8 oz. unsalted pretzels, crushed
3 sticks butter, softened
6 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
10 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
1 lg. box strawberry gelatin
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen strawberries, sliced

Combine pretzels, butter and 6 tablespoons sugar. Press into bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool completely. Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip, and remaining sugar. Spread over cooled crust. Mix gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Refrigerate to cool. Mix pineapple and strawberries into gelatin and refrigerate until slightly thick. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until firm. Serve cold. Delicious!
