ASIAN RAMEN NOODLE SALAD 
lettuce
tomato
green onion
cucumber
2 pkg. sliced almonds
2 pkg. Ramen noodles
1 stick butter
1 c. sesame seeds

Make usual salad of lettuce, tomato, green onion and cucumber. Add sliced almonds and Ramen noodles cooked as follows: Break up noodles. Cook with almonds and butter until slightly browned. Add sesame seeds. Cool. Add to salad.

Dressing:

1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 c. olive oil
2 tsp. soy sauce

Can be made ahead. Mix well and add to salad just before serving.
