BBQ BRISKET 
4-5 lb. beef brisket
3 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. celery salt
3 tbsp. Worcestershire

SAUCE:

1 c. BBQ sauce
1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
1/3-1/2 c. sugar

Mix above and warm on stove top.

Place meat in foil-lined 9x3 pan. Use enough foil to wrap completely. Brush marinade (above ingredients combined) over meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 degrees for 4-4 1/2 hours.

NOTE: Just take meat directly from refrigerator to oven. DON'T REMOVE FOIL!!

Cool. Remove from foil and wrap in new foil, saving juice. Refrigerate. On the night of serving, slice thin and put in 9x13 foil-lined pan. Pour BBQ sauce over meat. Warm at 325 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve.
