BBQ BRISKET 
6 lb. brisket
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. pepper
BBQ Brisket Sauce (below)

Cover brisket with celery, salt, onion, salt, garlic powder and Liquid Smoke. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle brisket with Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cook at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Drain off grease. Pour sauce over brisket; bake 1 hour longer at 275 degrees.

BBQ BRISKET SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
2 c. water
Salt

Mix ingredients and boil for 15 minutes.
