BARBECUE BRISKET 
6 lbs. brisket
3 tbsp. liquid smoke
Garlic powder
Onion salt
Celery salt
Pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Barbecue sauce

Sprinkle brisket with liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion salt and celery salt. Allow to stand overnight in refrigerator sealed in aluminum foil.

The next day unseal and sprinkle with pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Reseal tightly and bake in covered dish for 5 hours at 275 degrees. Unseal and drain off grease and juices; discard foil. Bake 1 more hour covered with sauce in dish.

BARBECUE SAUCE:

Sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
6 tbsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper
12 oz. chili sauce
2 tbsp. liquid smoke

Combine.
