CHINESE SALAD 
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice, cooked per package instructions
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1/4 c. green pepper

Cook rice. Add frozen (uncooked) peas to hot rice and cool. Add rest of ingredients, cover and chill.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. corn oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. curry powder
3 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. sugar

Mix together and refrigerate until ready to serve. Mix into salad with can of Chinese noodles and serve.
