PINEAPPLE CAKE DELIGHT 
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. can mandarin oranges (juice included)

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple (juice included)
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 box (3 3/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes using 3 cake pans. Cool to room temperature.

Icing: Place pineapple in bowl, sprinkle pudding over pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Ice cake and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
