PINEAPPLE CREAM DELIGHT 
1 lb. vanilla wafers, crushed
2 1/2 can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped

In a 9" square greased baking dish, arrange 1/3 of the crushed wafers. Spread the well drained pineapple over the wafers evenly. Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs until light and add to the creamed mixture. Spread over the pineapple and then add the whipping cream. Top with remaining crushed wafers, pressing them down lightly. Chill overnight. Cut in squares and serve.
