1 pkg. Jiffy yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) Philly cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. Dream Whip, prepared as usual

Mix cake according to box directions. Pour into 9x12 inch baking dish. Bake and cool. Cream cheese with mixer; add milk, whip together. Next, add pudding, beat until thick, spread over cake. Sprinkle pineapple over pudding, then Dream Whip. Sprinkle nuts on top; refrigerate until served.
