PINEAPPLE DELIGHT 
1 pkg. Stella Doro almond toast
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

In a 9 x 13 inch cake pan line bottom with the toast. Top with crushed pineapple and juice and refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve with Cool Whip.
