POTATO SOUP WITH DUMPLINGS 
1 lg. potato, diced
1 med. onion, diced

Boil until tender, then discard water.

4 c. whole milk
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. dill weed
Black pepper, to taste
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 link of smoked turkey sausage, diced

DUMPLINGS:

2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 egg
1 1/2 tbsp. flour

Mix.

Drop dumplings by 1/2 teaspoon or smaller all over the top of still cool soup. Don't be afraid if they touch. Cover and heat to boil (about 5 minutes). Careful not to let this come to a full rolling boil or boil over. Serve.
