DALE'S BREAKFAST BURRITO 
2 lb. ground turkey (or lean ground beef)
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. garlic powder
4 tsp. sage
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. fennel seeds
2 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground white pepper
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves ground
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
16 tortillas (I use La Tortilla Factory's Low Carb)
1 (32 oz.) carton 100% liquid egg whites (Bob Evans, etc.)
12 eggs
1 (16 oz.) block Swiss cheese, shredded (4 cups)

Mix meat and spices together and refrigerate overnight. Cook meat and drain.

While meat is cooking cook eggs with egg whites in another pan. Place cooked meat, eggs and shredded cheese in mixer bowl and mix till well blended.

Scoop 1/2 cup of filling into each tortilla and roll.

Note: Tortillas may be individually frozen and reheated.

Makes 16 breakfast tortillas.
