CHOCOLATE MINT TRUFFLES 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mint chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 c.)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

COATINGS:

Finely chopped nuts
Flaked coconut
Chocolate sprinkles

In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with the milk. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll into any of the above coatings. Chill 1 hour or until firm. Store covered at room temperature.
