PORK TENDERLOIN | |
12 oz. pork tenderloin 1 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. aniseed 2 tsp. caraway seed 2 tsp. dill weed Brush soy sauce over meat, distributing evenly. On a sheet of wax paper combine aniseed, caraway seed and dill seed. Roll meat in seeds to coat evenly. Wrap meat in foil; chill 1 to 2 hours or overnight. Remove foil. In a covered grill arrange preheated coals around a drip pan. Place roast on rack over drip pan but not over coals. Close grill hood and grill 45 minutes. |
