GLEN'S PORK TENDERLOIN BIANCO 
1 pork tenderloin, sliced thin diagonally
1 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. tomato paste
3 tbsp. capers, drained, chopped
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 to 3 tbsp. bianco wine
4 tbsp. beef bouillon

Brown sliced pork in butter. Add sour cream and cover 10 minutes. Remove pork; add rest of ingredients. Cover until sauce is married. Serve over noodles or potatoes.
