POPPY OR SESAME SEED BREAD 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 c. poppy seed (or sesame seed)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix first four ingredients. Sift flour, salt and baking soda, add to egg mixture alternately with milk. Add the seeds. Bake in two greased and floured loaf pans for about 1 hour or until done.
