MARINATED BEEF TENDERLOIN 
1 1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
2 cloves garlic
1/3 c. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate beef tenderloin 24 hours in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with marinade on side. Great on grill also!

That was fantastic I love beef tips and I used it ... Instead of lemon juice I used 1/3 cup lime juice it was all I had and instead of wine vinegar I used 1/3 cup balsamic also because it was all I had and mmm it was good!!!!
