GAZPACHO I | |
1 1/2 c. boiling water 2 pkgs. powdered beef bouillon 2 pkgs. powdered chicken bouillon 1 1/2 c. tomato juice 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. paprika 2 med. tomatoes, diced 1 cucumber, diced 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 green pepper, chopped Combine water, beef bouillon, chicken bouillon, tomato juice, salt, pepper and paprika. Blend well. Stir in vegetables. Chill in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve cold. Top with croutons when serving. |
