MINI CHIP SUGAR CAKES 
2/3 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour milk
1 (12 oz.) bag mini chips

Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Combine flour, soda, powder and salt. Add alternately with sour milk. Stir in chips 1/4 cup full 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
