FRIED YELLOW SQUASH 
3 yellow summer squash or more
1 lg. onion
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste

In a mixing bowl, cut squash and onions into bite-size pieces (cubed). Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle flour over vegetables and mix well to cover. Heat oil and butter in a skillet. Pour in vegetables and cook until brown and tender.
