5 potatoes 3 carrots 1 onion 1 lb. raw hamburger 1 c. uncooked rice Slice all vegetables, layer them in 10x13 pan. Put raw hamburger over them. Add 1 can cream of chicken diluted in 2 cups water, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Can add 1 1/2 cups frozen peas. |
