2 sticks butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and pat into 9x13 pan with back of spoon. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool well. Be sure crust is good and cool before putting on next layer (refrigerate a few minutes).

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix ingredients together and spread over the first (crust) layer.

3RD LAYER:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 pkgs. lemon instant pudding
4 c. cold milk
