CHARLOTTE'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 env. Lipton dry chicken noodle mix
9 c. water
2 c. rice

Boil first 3 ingredients 15 minutes.

1 lb. fresh sausage, fried and drained
1 c. chopped green bell peppers
1 c. onion
1 c. celery

Saute in sausage fat and add to rice mixture.

2 cans mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
4 c. cut up cooked chicken

Make gravy from broth - pour over top. Add bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This is a large casserole. I divide it and freeze for later.
