CABBAGE BEEF BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. rice
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 tsp. parsley

Fry ground beef with onion and garlic; salt, pepper to taste. Add 1 can tomato soup and 1 can water. Simmer. Add 3 tablespoons rice and let simmer. Add parsley. Line a 6 x 10 inch lightly greased casserole with shredded cabbage. Make a well. Add tomato soup mix in middle and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
