CABBAGE HAMBURGER BAKE 
1 head cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Slice cabbage, then steam until wilted. Spoon into greased casserole dish. Brown hamburger lightly, pour over cabbage. Melt 3 tablespoons butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in milk and continue stirring until sauce is smooth and comes to a boil. Stir in parsley flakes, then pour over the cabbage and hamburger.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter, stir in bread crumbs. Crumble over casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
