CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
1 qt. light cream and milk, mixed
2 tsp. mazzaher (orange blossom water)
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. chopped pistachios

Dissolve powdered rice in milk/cream mixture. Stir until well mixed. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Cook about 20-30 minutes until mixture is thick and creamy. Add mazzaher and pour into individual serving dish. Garnish with slivered almonds or chopped pistachios.
