CREAMY LEMON PIE 
1 (9 inch) baked and cooled Classic Crisco Single Crust
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1/2 c. ReaLemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate
1 tsp. grated lemon rind, optional
Yellow food coloring, optional
Whipped cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk, ReaLemon brand, rind and food coloring if desired. Pour into prepared crust; bake 8 minutes. Cool. Chill. Spread with whipped cream. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.

Use only Grade A clean, uncracked eggs.
