HAWAIIAN BANANA NUT BREAD | |
3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. chopped nuts WET INGREDIENTS: 3 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 c. oil 2 c. mashed bananas 2 tsp. vanilla 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Bake in two greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour and five minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove to wire rack. |
