HAWAIIAN BANANA NUT BREAD | |
3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. chopped nuts 3 beaten eggs 1 1/2 c. salad oil 2 c. mashed bananas 1 (8 oz.) can crushed, drained pineapple 1 tsp. vanilla Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir until moist. Stir batter into greased and floured loaf pans (9 x 5 x 3 inches). Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 5 minutes or until brown. Cool 1 hour before removing from pans. Tastes best after refrigerated. |
