JELLIED CHICKEN SALAD 
1 tbsp. plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
3/4 c. salad dressing
1 c. chicken, chopped fine
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
Pimentos or olives
Paprika

Dissolve gelatin in cold water, over hot and water and add to dressing. Fold in chicken, celery and pepper. Season to taste. Slice olives and (or) pimentos and place in bottom of a mold or pan. Fill mold with chicken mixture. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold. Slice and garnish servings with more olives.
