CHICKEN CREAM SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, minced
1 tbsp. gelatin
2 tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. celery, minced
1/4 c. stuffed olives, minced
Shredded lettuce
Tomato slices

Soak gelatin 5 minutes in cold water. Set over hot water until it melts, add to mayonnaise. Fold mixture into whipped cream then add remaining ingredients. Pour into 6 individual molds, greased with butter and chill until firm. Serve on shredded lettuce with tomato slice in center. Turn mold out onto tomato. Garnish with mayonnaise and pickle fans.
