PRESSED CHICKEN 
1 lg. chicken, cooked and diced
2 c. celery, chopped fine
4 hard cooked (boiled) eggs, chopped fine
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 lb. chopped almonds
2 pkg. unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 1 c. chicken broth
1 pt. mayonnaise

Add mayonnaise to gelatin mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Place in refrigerator until congealed.
