BLUEBERRY TORTE 
1 (7 1/4 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crushed
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. melted butter
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix wafers, nuts, and butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pack down to form crust. Bake 5 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool. Beat eggs, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Pour on top of crumb crust. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool. Spread pie filling on top of cream cheese layer. Chill. Whip cream with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread whipped cream on top of pie filling. Chill.
