BLUEBERRY JAM 
4 1/2 c. blueberries
4 tsp. lime peel, grated
1/4 c. lime juice
6 1/2 c. sugar
6 oz. liquid pectin

Place washed and drained blueberries in a large kettle. Add peel, juice and sugar. Stirring constantly, bring mixture to a full boil. Remove from heat and stir in pectin. Pour hot mixture into hot sterilized 1/2 pint jars leaving about 1/4 inch space. Adjust caps and bands. Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath canner. Remove from bath and let jars cool.
