MICROWAVE POTATO WEDGES 
4 med. unpeeled, scrubbed all purpose potatoes, each cut into 10-12 wedges
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Place potatoes in shallow 1 1/2 quart microwave safe baking or serving dish. Sprinkle with oil and remaining ingredients except cheese. Stir to coat potatoes. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 8-10 minutes, stirring twice. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and microwave on high 1-2 minutes longer. Let stand covered 5 minutes. Potatoes will be tender and cheese melted. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
